Volunteers

We welcome and encourage our families to be part of their students’ school experience by volunteering at Country Lane.  Volunteer opportunities include time spent with the Country Lane Home & School Club events, working in your student’s classroom, chaperoning field trips, and more!

2026–27 Parent Volunteer Updates

We appreciate our Moreland volunteers and want you to know about a change for the 2026–27 school year. New state laws go into effect on July 1, 2026 focused on keeping students safe.

To volunteer at Moreland, families will need:

  • Complete Moreland’s Volunteer Form
  • Fingerprinting (required for all field trips)
  • Online mandatory reporter training
  • Proof of a clear TB test on file with the school
  • A valid ID or passport when checking in at the front office

If you’d like to get fingerprinted now for next year, you can sign up using the link Moreland Elementary Volunteer Fingerprint Form. The one-time cost for parent volunteers is $55 and you will remain in our system as long as you continue volunteering with Moreland. If you have previously been fingerprinted for Moreland, you do not need to be fingerprinted again.

Thank you for your continued partnership and support. We truly appreciate the time and care you give to our schools and students.
